This construction warranty is unmatched in the industry. The average construction warranty for steel tanks is 12 months. 

Tech Screws Instead of Rivets.  Each tank is manufactured using a Henrob riveting system.  Some manufacturers use tech screws or pop rivets.

Our research data confirms that hardened,  steel, self piercing rivets provide approximately double the cross tension strength as tech screws (average ultimate load 2.94 kN for rivets as opposed to 1.46 kN for 10ga 9.4mm head tech screw).

Rivets provide no process variations in application ensuring uniformity in construction with no potentials weak spots.

Wider sheet sizes with only one horizontal join on tanks up to 2 metres high.

From the customer's perspective the best feature, beside their functional superiority, is that rivets sit flush against the tank providing a much cleaner aesthetic.

20 Point Quality Assurance
Each tank passes through an in-process 20 point quality inspection. Tanks will not progress to next station until passed at each point. Tanks are water tested for structural integrity

Manufactured from 0.6mm 'Aquaplate' steel. Slimline' Watermate' lid formed with a pitch to promote water run off. Round 'Watermate' lid supported by internal pole to promote water run off.

Aquaplate tanks give you many options with a flexible colour range, available in the full ‘colorbond’ range or matching colours to suit your surroundings. All are designed for strength, durability, and constructed from quality ‘aquaplate’, providing a long life polymer coating with excellent water quality. Tanks can be placed directly onto a concrete slab or other suitable base.

Space Saving Slimline Tanks

Classic slimline tanks come in polular sizes or made to measure offering you a flexible alternative with tanks made to suit your requirements. They are built for narrow spaces, usually to fit snugly along the side of your house or fence.

Using a flexible Manufacturing system and ‘sizalator’, which is unique to the market, you decide the length , width and height of your tank to match your specific capacity and space requirements. Slimline tanks sizes range from 500mm to 1150mm wide, lengths up to 3500 long and heights up to 2000 mm.

Slimline tanks are a popular choice for achieving practical water storage in tight situations. Exclusive stainless steel internal cross bracing system means tanks are super strong, very stable, and accessable.

Corrugated ‘aquaplate’ steel round tanks

The traditional corrugated round water tanks is still a poular choice when space permits. Manufactured using the true deep corrugated profile with extra wide sheets ensures a strong tnk with minimal seams.

Round tanks are available however in a variety of diameters and heights to suit most situations, with capacities from 500 litres to 30,000 litres. Sizes start from 600mm to 3500mm in diameter and heights from 500 mm to 3000mm high. Choose the dimensions to suit your needs.
