RE: INSTALLATION OF APRICUS AUSTRALIA SOLAR HOT WATER SYSTEM

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 1st September 2009 we accepted a quotation by Blue Frog Solar and the job was carried out on the 17th & 18th September 2009. We are very pleased with the quality of the products and also the work performance by the installing personnel.

We installed a 315lt Aquamax glass lined tank pump and controller with 30 evacuated tubes fitted on the roof. Total cost included labour, all materials, electrical,  and rubbish removal. We paid $6000 and will get refunds of about $3000.

We will know in December how much our electrical account will be reduced by, as we have quarterly accounts. I will give Mike Mclennan copies of my accounts.

With the current water restrictions and the likelihood of them getting tougher, we decided it was time to install a water tank. After several consultations and quotes we decided Mike McLennan from Blue Frog Water Tanks and Plumbing was the best option for us. on discussing our options with Mike, we found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Mike was excellent at educating us on the many options available and what best suited our purpose. he is a very honest man and that alone can be difficult to find. Mike kept in constant contact with us throughout the process, which is reassuring when you are making a investment such as this. Mike and his team completed the whole project avoiding the need to employ other specialsit tradesmen. That kept it simple for us.

Once the job was comlete, we were given a comprehensive brief on the tanks system and how to maintain its filters and keep it working in tiptop condition.
