EcoVerta Protecta
Top of the range model EcoVerta protecta can be used with all kinds of tapware and includes all the features of the standard EcoVerta and EcoVerta Mixa plus the added benefits of scalding protection and constant temperature control. This model is ideal for families with children, elderly or disabled peiple in the home. It is particularly suited to homes where plumbing deficiences cause major pressure fluctuations when other users draw water.
EcoVerta Protecta is factory pre-set to a safe maximum temperature of 44o which is below the temperature where scalding can occur. Cold water can be added as usual to reduce the delivery temperature further. Intelligent flwo management features maintain this set temperature irresptective of pressure fluctuations that occur when other users draw hot or cold water.
EcoVerta Protecta is perfectly suited for commercial use in Nursing homes, hospitals, School, Gymnasiums, Swimming Centres and public amenity blocks.

As of December, 2009 the government intiative and plan to replace electric hot water systems with more eco friendly methods of water heating will come into effect. This plan will be phased in order to replace electric hot water systems with more eco friendly systems when they break down , and must be replaced with one of the above systems.
